(Grades 2-4) This is the second book in the Marty McGuire series and it does not disappoint! This time around Marty is trying to win a contest for creating the best earth-friendly project. Her and her best friend, Annie, first try to make recycled paper. In true Marty fashion, things don't go quite as planned. Marty's cool grandmother comes to the rescue with an, what seems to be, outstanding idea which includes worms. If you read the first book, you know there's going to be some fun, and mishaps, with the worms.I love Marty and this series and you will too! Great series for kids beginning to read chapter books.
